Kelly and Barron were married at the Wren Chapel and held their reception at the Alumni building. I was thrilled to photograph their wedding at William and Mary college, It is such a beautiful campus full of unique photography opportunities. Since it was the first time I had worked here we met at W&M a couple of weeks before the wedding to go through the schedule for their day. Of course you can never really plan for a tropical storm! And although Hanna seemed like it was going to ruin any chance of the outdoor photographs we had planned, just before ceremony the rain stopped and the weather cleared up just in time for Kelly and Barron’s wedding day!

This is one of my favorite candid moments… Kelly and her sister looking out of the chapel windows anticipating the wedding.

Charlotte and David had an intimate wedding at the gazebo in Fort Monroe. The day was beautiful and they were so happy to get married and to be surrounded by their closest friends and family that nothing else mattered. Afterwards we took photographs in the surrounding area and found some really cool spots. I hope to get the opportunity to work here again. I wish Charlotte and David all the best in their new life together and the big move to AZ!

Marylynn and Fernando were married outside on the deck at the Sea Breeze Club. Appropriately enough the ceremony did have a soothing breeze from the nearby ocean! Afterwards the party moved inside were the dance floor was never lonely. I especially loved the cocktail umbrella place holders and the tropical drink table cards. Marylynn and Fernando have been together since teenagers and they make such a perfect pair!
