As a photographer children always keep me on my toes making the shoot fun for them. Props help a lot in the department and I always recommend a snack for motivation and refuel. I love how each session is so unique to the family, even if the location is the same. I photographed the Gilbert family at the beach on Bainbridge Island, WA.
