Because of Kara and Joe’s busy schedules we chose the best day possible for their engagement session. Unfortunately it was a freezing afternoon, but Kara’s mom offered her beautiful home in Bay Creek for a backdrop so we managed to not only have a great location, but were able to keep warm between shoots.

To celebrate the whole family all being home in Virginia Beach for Christmas, the Wright family wanted to have a classic family portrait taken at the beach. Luckily we had the perfect day on Sunday to capture that moment.
Andrea and Mark put together such a great engagement shoot! Mark is a navy pilot and they both dressed with 40’s inspired looks. Add in a bike and plane for props and we had an awesome set up for their vintage inspired session. I loved it. I can’t wait to see what they come up with for their wedding!
