My husband and I decided to take a weekend away before my busy season starts. We didn’t want to travel to far from home so we thought we would check out Chincoteaque island on the Eastern Shore. I love the outdoors so I really enjoyed touring nearby Assateague Island National Seashore. The highlight of the trip for me was watching the wild ponies that live on the island.
