It’s said that rain on your wedding day is good luck. However most couples would prefer to take their chances with superstition and hope for sunshine on their wedding day. If it was up to me I’d choose a partly cloudy day for the best lighting. :) But of course we don’t have any control over the weather and it’s one of the many changing elements that helps keep us wedding photographers on our toes. My two December weddings this past year were both filled with extra good luck! Below is Mariajose and Brett’s..

Katherine and John were married in Katherine’s hometown of Summit, NJ at the magnificent St. Theresa Church. They then continued the celebration to the Stone House at Stirling Ridge, an phenomenal venue that has so many beautiful backdrops for photographs. One of the exciting parts of the evening was when the whole bridal party worked together to create some neat sparkler photographs for the bride and groom. All in all a amazing wedding! Thanks to Katherine and John for letting me take part in your day!

Haley and Craig has a beautiful summer wedding. They are such a warm and friendly couple to be around. My favorite moment from their day was when they met behind a door before the wedding. It was such a giddy and fun moment for them to touch each other without breaking tradition! Then Craig and his best man had us all cracking up with a reenactment!
