Photographing a portrait session on the Washington State Ferry from Seattle to Bainbridge has been on my wish list since we moved here 5 years ago. I can’t imagine a more scenic backdrop! I was so happy when my wedding clients decided they would like their photo shoot on the boat. We also captured some beautiful cherry blossom trees at a park not far from the ferry and toped it all off with an ice cream from Mora. Happy Spring!
Asking someone to marry you is a BIG deal! The proposal is a heart racing, is this really happening, almost out of body experience! Usually the one getting down on one knee has put a lot of time and thought into this pivotal moment. (unless it’s one of those crazy Vegas-like deals!) And what better way to capture this magical time to share & reminisce then to have a photographer discreetly documenting it all unfold. Then after all the excitement, you can cross the first thing off your wedding list, engagement photographs. Marcelino and Shawn did just that.
