Katie and Brian had the perfect day for their Garden Wedding at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens. I especially loved how they set up their reception in the rose garden. It was an elegant picnic, complete with a game of hide and seek!

Christy loves pink. So much so her dog’s name is Pinks. So it was to be expected that the color made it’s way into so many parts of the their wedding day. Even where not to be expected – like the pink rose in the garden, the actual pink dog on the tv and the fuschia hot tub in their room!
Hurricane Bill off the coast
Becky and Jayme’s ceremony was originally planned for in the rose garden, but when an evening thunderstorm rolled in, they decided to move to the gazebo. And although it wasn’t exactly what the couple had planned, the pitter patter of rain made a peaceful and serene ceremony. The reception in contrast, was a non stop party! Becky and Jayme are one of the most fun loving couples I have ever met and everyone joined in on the celebration. It was truly a memorable occasion.
Now that’s determination!
